Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders paid in USD through Paddle for the products on our pricing page. Orders in Norwegian kroner follow our Norwegian angrerett og refusjon page.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a LinkFix report for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not have to give a reason. This guarantee comes in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Report not delivered

If we cannot deliver your report within 24 hours of payment and receiving the website address (for example because the website is unreachable), you get a full refund on request, also after 14 days.

How to request a refund

Email sales@webbit.no with your order number, or contact Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
